Q. Must I book for 20+ adults for me to qualify as a Group Organiser?
A. No, you can register as a Group Organiser regardless of the size of your Group.^Top

Q. Can I book without the full details of my Group?
A. If you are unable to fully complete the Booking Form with all the details of your Group, complete the unknown names as ‘A N Other’. When calculating your deposit, you should count these places as adults. It is important to send these details to Butlins as soon as you have them. ^Top

Q. Can first-timers get priority over Groups?
A. Unfortunately we would be unable to do this as it would be very complicated to manage. Many first timers come as part of a Group who have been before, therefore, making it impossible to give priority without splitting the Group. ^Top

Q. Will each of my bookings be confirmed separately?
A. This is dependent on which system Butlins is currently operating on. The present situation is that you will receive one booking confirmation for each different type of accommodation booked, ie. if you have booked 6 silver self-catering units and 4 standard half-board units, you will get 2 booking confirmations. ^Top

Q. If my original Group had < 20 full paying adults and I subsequently add more adults to my Group, am I eligible for a free place?
A. Yes, this will happen automatically and you will be sent an amended confirmation which will show the free place, and also adjust the balance due accordingly. ^Top

Q. As Group Organiser, will I receive all correspondence?
A. Yes, this will happen as long as your name has been entered as Group Organiser on all of the Booking Forms. It is important that you pass on all information to your Group. ^Top

Q. How should I handle the money?
A. The best way to handle the money is to open a separate bank/building society account. You should also request regular statements which will confirm your own record keeping. It is advisable to use two signatories on this account. When you receive any money from your Group, please ensure you issue a receipt and keep a copy for yourself. ^Top

It is preferable that deposits and final payments are made in one single transaction. This can be done by cheque, debit/credit card, postal order or Giro.  ^Top

Q. Will my Group be accommodated near each other?
A. As long as your name has been entered as Group Organiser on all booking forms from you Group and that the accommodation that you have booked is of a similar size and type, Butlins will do as much as possible to ensure that your Group is accommodated together. Please note however that this is not always possible due to the layout of the site. ^Top

Q. Can I collect all the keys for my Group?
A. It is a good idea to just send one person to collect the keys for the whole Group. Please ensure that this person has all of the booking confirmations for the whole Group.^Top

Q. How can my  Group meet together at Spring Harvest?
A. When you arrive at the resort, you should speak to the Customer Care Coordinator, who may be able to book you a venue, subject to availability, which your Group can use to meet up in. ^Top
