Essential Event Management is a new initiative which aims to draw on our thirty years of event management experience.
Our aim is to work with churches and organisations to help take some of the headaches out of organising events. So if you’re planning an event – large or

Dedicated team of project managers
Our dedicated team of project managers and event planners can offer advice, support and input on all aspects of event planning,
including: venue sourcing, delegate registration, provision of PA/AV, volunteer recruitment, health and safety planning and exhibition, advertising and sponsorship management. We’ll work
with you every step of the way to ensure we’re fully integrated into your planning team and we deliver the kind of event that you have in mind.
Specialist services we provide
More specialised solutions include our in-house Safer Recruitment team who can help you recruit team members to work with children and vulnerable groups, plus our recording and duplication service which can ensure your sessions are recorded, duplicated and available for your delegates to take home at the end of the conference.
