Your accommodation
We make every effort to ensure the accommodation allocated to you meets your needs, but if you do have any problems, the staff at Butlins Guest Services will be pleased to help. If you need further assistance, please ask for Customer Care at the Spring Harvest Stand in the Skyline, or at the Spring Harvest Office on the Resort. These venues are shown on the map on the back of our Programme Planner (available for sale on arrival), or any steward will able to give you directions.
Wheelchair access and reserved seating
Venues have been divided into two categories:
Easy
wheelchair access
Wheelchair access with assistance
These symbols are shown against venue names in the centre pages of the Programme Planner.
Big Top seating
In the Big Top we have reserved space for wheelchair users. Please note that for health and safety
reasons, wheelchair users may not sit in the aisle at the end of rows where there is fixed seating. One of our stewards will guide you to the reserved seating area.
There will be a limited number of seats with arms available in the Big Top for those with other mobility difficulties. If you require this type of seat in other venues, or you'd like to reserve a seat, please talk to Spring Harvest Customer Care via the Spring Harvest stand in the Skyline.
Wheelchair accessible toilets
These are located in the main venues on the Resort, as well as in dining rooms and the Skyline. If you should have any queries please check with Butlins Guest Services.
Wheelchair and Mobility Scooter hire
Butlins have a limited number of wheelchairs and mobility scooters which can be hired on the resort and pre-booking is advised. For prices, more information and booking please call the Butlins site:

Our Special Needs Consultants
As well as our Customer Care Team, we also have a Special Needs Consultant at each week who will be pleased to offer more specialised assistance. Please ask at the Spring Harvest stand or the Spring Harvest office if you wish to speak to them.
