Applying to Volunteer at Spring Harvest

Helpful Hints

  • Looking up to the Childrens Team LeadersYour mySpringHarvest ‘Home’ page will tell you what is happening with your application and is a live link. Please check your mySpringHarvest profile on a regular basis.

  • We cannot give an exact time-scale for each application. We will work hard to process every application and we will contact you immediately if there is any query or problem. You should expect your application to take at least 8 weeks.

  • Check the ‘Which Dates’ page (click here) to seen when the Team starts and finishes – we ask you to agree to these dates in return for the financial Ministry Gift.

  • Sometimes we struggle to get in touch with Church Ministers as they can be very busy people. If after three weeks we haven’t managed to get your Reference, we’ll call you. We recommend that once Volunteer Team membersyou’ve completed your mySpringHarvest profile, you let your Church Minister know that we are going to email/call. You can even give them the name and phone number of your Team Administrator so they can call us if they prefer.
