How old do I need to be?
You need to be 18 or over on 9 April 2011, but there's no upper age limit!
How much time do I need to give?
Serving on team needs to be your primary reason for being at Spring Harvest. Most people get a chance to go to a seminar or the Big Top, but we can't guarantee this. Lots of people choose Stewarding because they get to enjoy being in seminars and worship venues throughout the day whilst on duty.
Our Support Teams serve in shift patterns.
See the Team descriptions for more info. Unfortunately
part-time or job-share roles are not available.
You need to serve a complete Spring Harvest week,
so unfortunately we cannot accommodate early/late arrivals and
departures. Please check out your travel
plans before applying (especially if using public
transport on a weekend or Bank Holiday) as we're unable to arrange any transport.
How do the belief's of Spring Harvest affect me?
We ask all Team members to speak and serve within the framework
of these documents, so please have a read through these.
Will I need a CRB Enhanced Disclosure?
We require every Team member to
obtain a current and satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure from the
Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), for Spring Harvest.
See the Safer Recruitment page for more details about what checks we carry out on all our Team Members and Volunteers.
We're committed to the beliefs and
values of the Christian faith and we subscribe to both the EA
Basis of Faith and the Lausanne Covenant.
