Who can apply?
We welcome all sorts of people on to our teams, young and old! You just need to be:
- 18 on 31st March – there's no upper age limit as long as you have stamina!
- Happy to work within the EA Basis of faith and the Lausanne covenant
- Committed to spending the week serving, over and above attending meetings
- Available for one entire Spring Harvest week
- Able to obtain a satisfactory Criminal Records Bureau disclosure
- Eligible to serve in the UK (see our Visa guidelines if you live outside the UK)

References
You'll need a reference from a senior Leader at the Church you attend at least once a month. You may also be asked for a second reference.

Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure
Every Volunteer is asked to obtain a CRB disclosure which takes up to 8 weeks after you return a completed form to us. If you have queries about CRBs contact your Team Administrator (see contact details below).

Acceptance on Team
The leader for the team you're applying to will read your references and application, then your team administrator will contact you - make sure you give us a daytime phone number and a current email address so we can reach you.
Some teams fill up fast and your place on team isn't confirmed until you have received an acceptance email from your Team Administrator (can take at least 8 weeks for the whole process, including CRB). Don't make any travel plans until you're sure you have an acceptance email from your team administrator!
Pre-event information and other details
Just before the event in March we'll contact all volunteers with information about arrival days and times, information about your role, travel information, etc.
