Mark Madavan is Senior Minister in Fishponds Baptist Church, team leader, Bible teacher, speaker and mentor. He is married to Cathy, has two beautiful daughters and he is registered blind.
Rob Parsons, OBE, is the founder and chairman of Care for the Family, a national charity which aims to strengthen family life and help those who face family difficulties. An international speaker and best-selling author of more than 25 books including The Heart of Success, The Sixty Minute Father and his bestseller, A Knock at the Door. He has spoken across the world to more than a million people in live events. Rob is married to Dianne and they have two children and five grandchildren.
Patrick is a director of Brighter Days a business supporting wellbeing in the workplace, he also works closely with the Centre of Compassionate Leadership. He is also the founder of urban youth work charity XLP and the co-founder of mental health charity Kintsugi Hope. Patrick was awarded a OBE from the late Queen Elizabeth, is an honorary fellow of London South Bank University and has written seven books. He is married to Diane and they have 4 children.
Rev Dr Cris Rogers is a Church of England church planter, artist, and Star Wars fan. In 2010 Cris and his family moved to Tower Hamlets, one of the toughest estates in East London, and took on the leadership of All Hallows Bow. Their desire was to restart the church, which had shrunk to seven people, and see people flourish. Cris has a deep passion for discipleship and runs the weekly podcast Making Disciples and wider ministry of Making Disciples. He is chair of the Spring Harvest Planning Group.
Cris will be hosting in the Gathering Celebration in Skegness and the Pursuit Celebration in Minehead.
Olivia is the executive director for the Elim Pentecostal Church having previously worked in senior leadership positions in the NHS. She is also associate pastor of Crosspoint Church, a church plant based in north Birmingham and has a passion for sharing God’s word creatively (lightly sprinkled with a little humour). Olivia is a member of the board of Essential Christian, the parent charity of Spring Harvest.
Leon is the Lead pastor of Lifecentral Church, a multi-site church based in Halesowen. He is also part of Elim’s regional team and one of founders of the Further Faster Network, helping churches to grow by reaching people currently not engaged with church. Leon is part of the Spring Harvest Planning Group.
Joe is a renowned communicator, including presenting, hosting, writing for children, spoken word poetry, sports announcing, speaking, and compering. Spring Harvest has been part of Joe's life for many many years and he spent the summer of 2024 as programme manager for Spring Harvest Holidays in France which for him was a delight and an honour.
Joe will be hosting the Chat Show in Skegness and will be part of SH Home - our online live broadcast - from Minehead.
Dan is married to Jo and together they have 3 children and lead the Lincoln Central location of Alive Church, which has 6 locations. Dan is passionate about the local church being in the heart of the city. Dan also heads up Astonished men's conference which gathers hundreds of men each year to inspire them to live life to the full. He loves sports, travelling with the family and adventures - completing marathons, cycling John O’Groats to Lands End and has also taken on an Iron Man.
