Lauren Windle is a journalist, presenter, public speaker and author of three books: Notes on Love: Being single and dating in a marriage obsessed Church, Notes on Feminism: Being a woman in a Church led by men and Drawing as Prayer. She is published in Vogue, Marie Claire, Church Times, Premier Christianity and others. Lauren has been clean and sober from drug and alcohol addiction for eleven incredible years, thanks to Jesus.
Rachel is the senior pastor of Gas Street Church in Birmingham, alongside her husband Tim. She is a passionate preacher and loves communicating the liberating power of God’s truth. Rachel has recently pioneered a national ministry (alongside her sister) called ‘The Orchard’ to encourage and empower women. Rachel has a background in television & media and worked for the BBC before joining the staff at Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) where she led the Creativity & Arts Department.
Rachel will be preaching in the Gathering Celebration on Wednesday night in both Skegness (1st April) and Minehead (8th April).
Jo Moir is the Head of Spring Harvest and is a broadcaster, collaborator and people gatherer. A former Midwife and Salvation Army officer she has a heart for social justice and intergenerational ministry and loves to create events and spaces where people can encounter God and go deeper in their relationship and experience of Him. She is excited to be part of the incredible Spring Harvest team, listening closely for God's vision for the future.
Pippa is a full-time missionary and co-leader of One Hope Project, a worship collective encouraging heartfelt and Spirit filled worship in the Catholic Church. She has recently been appointed as director of St Vincent’s Mission Hub - a pioneering and dynamic faith community in the heart of Sheffield releasing students and young adults in their journeys with Jesus and further into mission. Pip’s also recently changed her name from Baker to Fletcher as she got married to Sam last year!

Louise is a Student Mission Coach with Fusion, passionate about equipping churches to reach and disciple the next generation. With a background in youth and student ministry and mission in the UK and Belgium, Louise loves helping create communities where the younger generations can encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and be equipped to play their part in a disciple making movement.
Paul is the director of rehabilitation for Iceland Foods. Previously he pioneered the Alpha course within prisons and in 2002, after completing a degree in theology, was ordained into the Church of England.
Paul grew up in Manchester, with parents who were alcoholics and his home life was filled with abuse. Leaving home at 15, he became involved in crime and served a short prison sentence. He later joined the army, but continued to make damaging life decisions. After being an Atheist for almost 38 years, he attended an Alpha course and became a Christian.
Jo is a psychotherapist, leader, writer and speaker who integrates theology and therapy to help people pursue emotional and spiritual wholeness.
As the founder of Faith Filled Therapy and host of The Faith Filled Therapy Podcast, Jo creates spaces where neuroscience and scripture intersect, offering insight into mental health, identity, and spiritual formation.
Luke currently lives with his family in Rabat, Morocco having moved there in August 2024. During the week he is full time dad and in his spare time he’s trying to enjoy what he describes as "a long overdue gap year" spending his time settling into a new rhythm, culture and climate.
Lisa is the deputy director of Spring Harvest and was previously the worship pastor of a church in Surrey. She trained at the Royal Academy of Music on the postgraduate musical theatre course and later went on to perform with the RSC and in the West End. Lisa pioneered the livestream into prisons in 2023 and continues to be passionate about the church's role in social transformation.
Paula, along with her husband, has led a church in South East London for many years. She is passionate about community transformation and runs the church's community hub, coffee shop and library. They both bring apostolic oversight to churches in the south region in the Pioneer Network. Paula also runs the Pioneer Prophetic Community.
