Rachael serves as head of mission for the Evangelical Alliance, seeking to resource and equip the UK Church in all forms of mission activity. Rachael was previously on the leadership team of Youth for Christ and served as mission and youth adviser within the Diocese of Ely. Rachael and her family live in Ely, Cambridgeshire, where she is involved in her local church, overseeing their youth ministry and mentoring.

Jo is author of nine books, an editor and speaker and Director of Communications for A Rocha International. She lives in Bath with her Vicar husband and their two daughters. Jo loves getting people to tell her their best stories and is excited for her very first Spring Harvest experience!

Springs are a professional dance company, working in theatre, church, school and community settings for more than 40 years. Bringing their latest show - Jump In! - featuring Springs dancers Hannah, Ella and George with vocal sound artist Randolph Matthews, this interactive performance will particularly appeal to our younger guests aged 3-6 years.

Amy Summerfield is CEO of Kyria, a leadership network to champion, empower and release women and head of development at Skylark International. From 2015-2020 Amy was senior pastor of Connect Church, Paisley, Scotland. Recently married, Amy moved to live in Hitchin with her husband Matt who leads Zeo Church, for which Amy is on the leadership team. Amy is also the co-founder of Pulse Children’s and Youth Ministries. She is a regular conference speaker for women's and leadership conferences.

Matt is senior leader of Zeo Church and founder of RebootYourLeadership.com, a training and retreat programme for Christian leaders in business, charity, and church. Matt brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience across commercial, charitable, and faith sectors. He began his career as an IT manager, then spent 18 years as chief executive of Urban Saints. For the past 12+ years he has led Zeo, recently championing a new vision to grow as a micro-church movement.

With over four decades of ministry experience, Rick is celebrated for his ground-breaking work as the founding pastor of Saddleback Church in California. With a weekly attendance of 30,000 people, it’s one of America's largest and most influential churches. He is also the author of several best-selling books including The Purpose Driven Life which has sold more than 50 million copies.

Alex leads the ongoing work and development of Faith in Later Life. She is passionate and experienced in inspiring and equipping people for the opportunities and challenges of later life, and in helping them know Jesus more deeply or for the first time. Alex has three grown up sons and lives in the West Country with her husband and their Border Terrier.

Richmond is the senior pastor of New Life Baptist Church in Kampala, Uganda and the founder and president of Pastors' Discipleship Network, which equips thousands of pastors across Africa. Rising from adversity in one of Uganda’s poorest communities, Richmond’s life was transformed through the international child development charity Compassion. He later earned a master’s degree in spiritual formation and a PhD in leadership. As a trustee for Compassion UK, Richmond champions social justice, inspiring churches worldwide to respond to God’s call to serve vulnerable communities.  

Rosie has led the pastoral team at Spring Harvest for many years and now leads the prayer ministry teams in the celebrations. After retiring as a headteacher, Rosie developed safeguarding materials for the Church of Uganda and has been involved with training for children's clergy, leaders and teachers. She enjoys living in Devon and is very involved in her local Christian community.

Ruth is director of partnership delivery at Stewardship, where she works with churches and charities to increase generous giving to their missions. She has worked in the Christian charity sector for nearly 20 years and her roles have included head of fundraising for Home for Good and leading the UK fundraising teams for Tearfund.
