John is an evangelist who leads Junction 42 National Prison Resources, supporting prison chaplains with engaging faith resources in over 130 prisons. He is passionate about equipping the local church to establish missional communities among the most marginalised, leading one himself in the city of Newcastle. John is also property entrepreneur with a passion for renovating houses.

Katie is an actor and theatre maker based in Leeds. She seeks work where she can be as playful as possible, which means that collaborating with the Big Start Team is an absolute joy. Katie writes, directs and has a boogie wherever the work takes her, across Christian and secular theatre. Katie arrives at Spring Harvest off the back of Rise Theatre's Passion Play, and dashes off afterwards to join Parrabbola, bound for Romania, to perform at Craiova International Shakespeare Festival.

Kate started working with Care for the Family in 2012, originally as a volunteer running their parenting courses in her community, before joining their Community Engagement Team and representing the charity in London. Kate leads on Care for the Family’s prisons project and is also a chaplaincy volunteer in her local prison, where she regularly delivers parenting sessions with dads. Kate lives in London with her husband and they have two daughters. 

Ruth is a freelance illustrator and author working for a range of publishers including Alanna -Max, Lion Hudson/SPCK and 10Publishing.
Ruth is passionate about using her creativity to tell people about God’s love and is delighted to be working as part of the Big Start Team at Spring Harvest again this year.

Freddy is an actor, director and writer whose work includes collaborations with Saltmine Theatre Company, Searchlight Theatre Company and the Royal Shakespeare Company. He has been involved with Big Start at Spring Harvest since 2013, a role that continues to be the highlight of his year. Now based in Norwich, Freddy continues to pursue his creative work while enjoying life with his wife and their two children.

Anna is based at St Paul’s Hammersmith in London, where she leads worship and is also the church receptionist! She is part of a worshipping community at St Paul's that seeks to build a house of worship; a place where God is honoured, His Presence rests and lives are touched by His transforming love.

Anna will be leading worship in The Pursuit Celebration each evening.

Izzy is based in London and is the Brand and Comms Lead at HTB Church, where she also serves and attends. She is also a presenter for The Way UK, a digital youth ministry sharing the good news of Jesus with every young person online.

Lynne lives near Andover where she is a full-time artist. She runs weekly art classes for adults, works on diverse commissions in her home studio and loves to paint live and large at events like Spring Harvest!

Vince & Clio lead River Church at Weycroft Hall near Axminster in Devon which is a new church plant in an ancient Lollard Hall. It is a place of spiritual, emotional & physical healing and a centre for revival.  They’d previously pastored inner city churches in London for over 20 years. Vince has a passion for clear thinking, radical theology and boats. Clio spare times as an Aqua Fit instructor and has a passion for the creative arts, dance and Anglo-Saxon history.

Rev. Beki Rogers is the Principal of the St Edmund's Courses, leading Lay Discipleship training for the Diocese of London, including the Bishop's Certificate in Christian Studies and the Licensed Lay Ministry Course. A trained Spiritual Director with extensive mentoring experience, she and her husband, Cris, run a church in East London, where they live with their two children. In her spare time, Beki enjoys creative pursuits such as building with LEGO, crocheting, knitting, and exploring writing.

Beki will be part of the Event Leadership Team (ELT) overseeing Pastoral and Prayer Ministry.
