Luke works for Compassion UK as Director of Church Partnerships. Luke spent many years leading local church before moving into working with a global charity, he has a passion for great coffee, especially when it is paired with an inspiring conversation with leaders and friends.

Count Everyone In offer a warm welcome to everyone at the daily celebrations, especially if you’re an adult with a learning disability. What can you expect? Fun, friendship and a faith filled programme. There will be drama, flags, signing, prayer, Bible teaching and laughter but also awesome God-filled silences as the Holy Spirit moves among us.

At Minehead there will be morning Celebrations and afternoon workshops, and in Skegness there will be morning Celebrations, with an afternoon workshop on Makaton. Led by Janneke Klos.

Andrew and Christine will be leading the 0-4 programme in Minehead. They live in East Sussex and have two adult daughters. Andrew is a Diocesan school’s advisor having previously served as Headteacher of a small rural Sussex Primary School. He has been involved in Puppet Ministry, outreach to Dads and helping young people study the Bible, although these days he’s more likely to be playing in the music group. Christine has spent her working life teaching in primary education and in ministry to children and families. She is currently involved in planning and leading All-age services in her church.  

Christine and Andrew will be leading the 0-4 programme in Minehead.

Joel spent most of his teenage years growing an online following through YouTube & Instagram, becoming a social media influencer and travelling the country presenting shows. Despite such success, he struggled with his identity and the subtle trap of seeking worth through likes and followers. Today he’s married to Emily and works works for Kintsugi Hope heading up engagement. Kintsugi Hope seeks to create a world where mental and emotional health is understood and accepted, helping to establish safe and supportive communities for everyone to grow and flourish.

Joel is leading the 16-18s youth programme in Skegness.

Sam is the full-time NextGen Pastor at Lifecentral Church, where he leads the church’s ministries for kids and youth. With over 12 years of diverse experience in ministry, Sam’s primary passion lies in children’s ministry. He is dedicated to creating innovative, exciting and engaging programmes that connect with children in meaningful ways. Sam is committed to fostering environments where kids can grow in faith through fun and relevant experiences. Sam is super excited to be leading the 5-11s venue again this year!

John Reynolds is a full time content creator, with over a decade of youth ministry experience, and is passionate about equipping the emerging generations with the tools they need to have a faith that lasts. His passion for story telling and comedy led him to start producing family/comedy social media content where he has almost 1 million followers across all platforms. He and wife Jade released their first book 'Able to Laugh: Finding Joy though the Struggle is Real' in 2025.

Jade Reynolds is a theology graduate, speaker and podcast host. Since being paralysed aged 12, Jade has shared her testimony of God’s faithfulness and taught on suffering in churches, schools, conferences, on podcasts and on the radio. Together with her husband, John, she runs the Christian podcast “Bring to Light” which explores faith and life through humour, stories and thought-provoking teaching. She is passionate about seeing disability normalised in society and the church. She and husband John recently released their first book 'Able to Laugh: Finding Joy though the Struggle is Real.'

Debs Last is a visual artist whose practice draws deeply from the landscape, the figure, and the power of storytelling. Rooted in Oxfordshire, her work reflects a profound connection to the local environment while simultaneously reaching for universal and divine themes.

A long-standing Spring Harvest artist, Debs relishes the creative freedom that comes from interpreting spiritual themes, bringing visual expression to the ways we worship and connect with God. Whether participating in evening celebrations or leading in the Creative Studio, she is passionate about connecting with people of all abilities who wish to explore creativity as a means of spiritual engagement.

Marie Aitken is an author and speaker, and Director of FORMA Ministry School and Network for Hillsong.  Passionate about developing others, Marie also sits on the board for Kyria, and GenZeal.  

Andy is the co-founder and CEO of the global bereavement charity, The Mariposa Trust, and business leader. He is passionate about guiding people through their grief journey, and helping churches and leaders to compassionately care for their staff and congregations. Andy has been a speaker for over 30 years.
