Constance is a senior financial services leader and experienced trustee with strong expertise in operational performance, regulatory oversight, governance and organisational transformation. Currently an Ombudsman Leader and Head of Department at the Financial Ombudsman Service, leading large multidisciplinary teams responsible for resolving complex financial services complaints. She brings a deep knowledge of regulation, consumer protection, operational risk, and board governance, alongside significant experience delivering large-scale change programmes and strengthening organisational performance.
Constance is passionate about her Christian faith and the role Spring Harvest has in the lives of so many families and young people. She champions inclusive leadership, ethical decision-making and fair outcomes for diverse communities.
Sophie is an abstract, experimental artist who likes to focus on colour and texture. When she creates she doesn't usually have a plan, she decides in the moment what to do spontaneously. She likes to use bright colours, splatter paint and enjoys the process of creating each piece of artwork. Every composition turns out differently, which takes off any pressure to make things look a certain way.
Andrew Roberts is a husband, father, minister, writer and speaker based in the West Midlands. He is the author of the book Holy Habits and editor of the Holy Habits resource booklets and daily bible reflections. Previously he was Director of Training for Fresh Expressions. He loves all forms of sport and despite that supports Aston Villa.
Tobi Sho-Silva is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Kidderminster Harriers and is the founder of F3 Football, an initiative dedicated to supporting Christian footballers in their faith both on and off the pitch. Having come through the academy at Charlton Athletic, he has built a respected career across the English football pyramid and has been part of promotion-winning teams.
Alongside his playing career, Tobi is committed to the holistic development of athletes. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Sport Business Management and has completed counselling training, equipping him to support players spiritually, mentally and personally. He is also the author of the forthcoming book More Than a Footballer, which explores identity, purpose, and holistic growth beyond the game.
F3 is a Christian charity committed to building faith and fellowship in and through football, creating a community where players can grow both in their game and in their walk with Christ. Through events, missions and exclusive player gatherings, F3 equips footballers to live out their faith, share the Gospel, and support one another in a professional environment. Since its inception, F3 has hosted over 50 events, impacted more than 2,500 lives, reached 12 countries, and connected a growing network of over 100 footballers worldwide.
The BIG Sing Directors - Howard & Gemma Francis have performed with gospel legends including Bazil Meade & The London Community Gospel Choir, Andrae Crouch and Donnie McClurkin amongst many others. Howard is also one of the finest gospel songwriters in the UK. Together Gemma & Howard make an inimitable teaching duo and are excited to be coming to Skegness in 2026.
Sarah is an artist-maker working across textiles and print. Using appliqué, quilting, and linocut techniques, her practice is inspired by a deepening interest in Celtic monasticism. Beyond the studio, she is a smallholder with a fondness for Herdwick sheep and the restorative pleasures of a good book, mug of coffee and a log fire!
Paul is Artistic Director of Riding Lights Theatre Company. He trained in theatre at Bretton Hall and in comedy at Chicago’s Second City. He has made work with and for Audible, BBC, Bristol Old Vic, Cheltenham Everyman and York Theatre Royal as well as in prisons, recovery groups and with many marginalised communities.

Hannah Gerrard is a professional dancer, performer, artist and teacher who has performed across Europe with prestigious companies including the Ukrainian Classical Ballet, Ballet Do Douro (Portugal), The London Ballet Company and Soundscape (Denmark).
Hannah co-founded Breath of Dance with her mother Nicola Gerrard and colleague Emma Jackson, a creative initiative bringing stories to life through live music and dance. Through her multi-faceted artistic practice, Hannah demonstrates a commitment to using dance as a vehicle for storytelling and ministering to others in the name of Jesus.
