Caitlyn is a professional performer and vocalist, performing for most of her life in a variety of settings. She gained her Masters in Creative Musicianship and Performance in 2018, and recently played the leading role of Laurey in LMS' production of Oklahoma and will be taking on the role of Lauren in Kinky Boots in their 2026 production. As well as winning a NODA award for her role as Maria in 2023 across Ireland and Wales, Caitlyn owns McCrea Music & Theatre.
Raised in a Jewish family Michele rocked the boat by becoming a Christian and marrying Peter, a vicar and great great grandson of Arthur Guinness, the Brewer. After working in the media, she moved into PR, becoming Head of Communications for the NHS in Cumbria and Lancashire. Now semi-retired she is still writing - after fourteen books. She has two children and six grandchildren and lives half the year in France.
Cathy started out as a singer-songwriter in the 2000s and now creates EDM music alongside her work as a qualified music therapist, supporting children and young people with special educational needs. She’s part of the worship team at her church in Chichester and loves the outdoors, her dog, and time with loved ones.
Cathy will be leading worship in the Morning Reflection and Soul Space Celebration in Skegness.
James is an engineer with a heart for community-centered, faith-driven development in communities experiencing poverty. For more than 10 years he has worked for Compassion to design and deliver sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene projects in Uganda and now works to provide leadership and technical guidance globally. Based in Kampala, Uganda, James is a former Compassion-sponsored child and is passionate about seeing children released from poverty to become thriving followers of Jesus, positively impacting their communities.
Jeff Lucas is an international author, speaker and broadcaster. His passion is to equip the Church with biblical, practical Bible teaching, marked by vulnerability and humour. A former vice-president of the Evangelical Alliance UK, Jeff is a best selling author of 34 books, broadcasts a weekly radio show with Premier Radio, is a monthly contributor for the UK magazine, ‘Christianity', and the Men's magazine, ‘Sorted Digital' and writes daily Bible reading notes “Life with Lucas” in printed and digital format. Jeff is also a certified LifePlan coach, working with the Paterson Center, Colorado. He and his wife, Kay, live in Colorado and England; they have two adult children, two grandsons and three grand dogs.

Carla is International Strategy Director for 24-7 Prayer and a writer and host on the Lectio 365 App. After encountering God in the first 24-7 Prayer Room, she’s spent 25 years helping others pray. Born in Ireland, she now lives in England with her husband and two children.

Guy is vicar of Warfield in Berkshire and has a passion for disciple-making. He previously served in the diocese of Birmingham as Director of Learning for discipleship and mission, and is author of two books Discipleship: Start this Way and Discipleship: Walk this Way. He is married to Ruth, and has four children and a crackers dog.
Nicola is the Additional Needs Support Coordinator at Care for the Family, and has first-hand experience of raising a daughter with additional needs. She has trained many family centre staff and social workers to deliver parenting courses, and has been in church leadership for over 35 years.
Shirene is co-lead Pastor at Coventry Elim and serves on Aspire, Elim's national women's ministry team. With a background as a trained counsellor, she's passionate about helping people from every generation know Jesus more deeply and live out their God-given purpose. Whether through preaching, pastoring, or mentoring, her greatest joy is seeing people encounter Jesus and walk in freedom.

Charlie is A21’s Global Mobilisation Director, championing strategic partnerships and inspiring people around the world to engage in the fight against human trafficking. With 13 years in anti-trafficking work and 10 years in youth ministry, she brings a deep passion for leadership, empowerment, and mobilising individuals, churches, and businesses toward lasting change.
Charlie is part of the 16-18s youth team and will be speaking in the Pursuit Celebration.
