Spring Harvest comes together each year, through the dedication and commitment of many different people, from a number of different organisations across the church.
There's a full-time team in Uckfield, East Sussex and a Theme Group who work on writing and planning our theme material each year. As a charity, we're supported by the Memralife Group board of directors.
Spring Harvest Theme Group
The Spring Harvest planning is devolved to a Theme Group who meet formally around 8 times a year. The following members have joint responsibility for the formulation of the theme and teaching material and spiritual oversight for Spring Harvest. Our current team includes:

Memralife Group Board of Directors
Members of the Board are the legal owners of Memralife Group (the parent organisation of Spring Harvest) and are responsible for making decisions regarding the future of the organisation. Each is both a Director and a Trustee. They are responsible for the spiritual oversight for Memralife Group and include respected Christian and business leaders.
