Spring Harvest comes together each year, through the dedication and commitment of many different people, from a number of different organisations across the church. There's a full-time team in Uckfield, East Sussex and a Planning Group who work on writing and planning our theme material each year. As a charity, we're supported by the Memralife Group board of directors.

Spring Harvest Planning Group

The Spring Harvest Planning Group have joint responsibility for the formulation of the theme and teaching material and spiritual oversight for Spring Harvest. They meet formally around 8 times a year.

Malcolm Duncan (Chair)

Malcom is the church leader of Gold Hill Baptist Church as well as the founder of Church and Community - a charity that helps Christians to serve others. He is passionate about the local church and has also written a number of books. Malcolm is also a member of the Memralife Board.

Pete Broadbent

Pete is Bishop of Willesden, chairs the council at St John's Nottingham and is on the General Synod of the Church of England. He relaxes by watching football, theatre and film.

Virgina Luckett

Virginia is passionately committed to local and global mission through the UK church. She is the Director of the UK Churches team for Tearfund and is an Anglican priest. She is married to Tim and they have two grown up children. She has recently taken up running in an attempt to run her first half marathon but is struggling with her aversion to Lycra...

Ian Macdowell (Event Director - Operations)

Ian is the Director of Services at Spring Harvest and joined the head office team 17 years ago. He loves to see thousands of Christians coming together to rejoice and to learn and to be equipped.

Paul Weston

Paul is the leader of New Generation Church, in south-east London and serves on the leadership team of Pioneer. Paul is passionate about the local church, and has founded a new free school, Hope Community School, in Sidcup. He is a husband, dad and qualified chef.

Cris Rogers

Cris took on the leadership of an Anglican church which had shrunk to seven people and is situated in one of the toughest estates in London. Cris and his family moved to Tower Hamlets with the desire of restarting the church.

Cathy Madavan

Cathy is a speaker for Care for the Family, writes for Liberti Magazine and is on the board of Saltmine Trust. She is married to Mark, and involved in leading at Locks Heath Free Church.

Abby Guinness - Event Director (Creative)

Abby has recently shelved her writing and performing work to get more involved in Spring Harvest. Alongside a fantastic team she is the new Event Director and excited about being involved in the future of Spring Harvest and its associated events.

Gavin Calver

Gavin is the national director of Youth for Christ, a charity that works with over 250,000 young people a month in places such as schools, prisons and churches. A theology graduate, ordained evangelist and regular public speaker, he loves adventure and is a passionate AFC Wimbledon supporter.

Memralife Group Board of Directors

Members of the Board are the legal owners of Memralife Group (the parent organisation of Spring Harvest) and are responsible for making decisions regarding the future of the organisation. Each is both a Director and a Trustee. They are responsible for the spiritual oversight for Memralife Group and include respected Christian and business leaders.

Pete Broadbent (Chair)

Pete is Bishop of Willesden, chairs the council at St John's Nottingham and is on the General Synod of the Church of England. He relaxes by watching football, theatre and film.

Ian White (Vice Chair)

Ian is the senior minister Victoria Baptist Church in Eastbourne and previously worked at Chichester Baptist Church, and Purley Baptist Church. He has a theology degree from London Bible College and a PhD from Swansea University. Ian is married to Ros and is also trustee of a Bible College and chairman of Sussex Baptist Association.

Peter Martin

Peter is the CEO of Memralife Group which has a number of divisions including Spring Harvest and Elevation Resources. Peter's role is to oversee and direct the work of the group. He has been involved in Christian music for over 20 years and is a worship leader in his local chuch.

David Dorricott

Married to Alison, David is Managing Director of a software company based on the Isle of Man. He brings his business skills and deep Christian commitment to the work of the Board of Directors. David and Alison spend much of their time on Friends and Heroes, a major project to produce a world class animated Bible story series.

Geoff Booker

Geoff comes from a business background and held directorships with Christian publishing companies, copyright licensing and other Christian organisations. He has founded and is currently running Quicken Trust with his wife Geraldine, a charity transforming lives of orphans in rural Uganda.

Alistair Watson

Alastair Watson is a retired solicitor who is also chair of the Spring Harvest Holidays Board of Directors. He brings a lifetime of experience in the administration and leadership of Christian organisations.

Elaine Duncan

Elaine is the Chief Executive of the Scottish Bible Society. Elaine’s passion is to help people know God better through engaging with the Bible. Originally from Cumbria, Elaine now lives and works in Scotland. She love being outdoors, usually walking her pal’s two dogs.
