Using this digital programme

This is a website which functions like any website within any internet browser. It is designed to be looked at on a mobile device.

The easiest way to figure it out is to have a go.

The ‘Home’ tab has menus of information, including a resort map. All event content is listed in the Programme tab.

Sessions are listed in order of start time. When the event starts, it should default to the current day. There are three different filters to help you narrow sessions down by content type. For the sessions you like, click the button ‘add pick’ and you will have your own personal schedule under the ‘My Picks’ tab.

Updates includes messages about any changes and other news from the Spring Harvest team, so don’t forget to check back regularly. If you make a shortcut to this programme on your device’s home screen, you can enable notifications (last menu in the Home screen) to let you know when these updates appear.

If you want this programme to feel like an app while you are with us, you can add it to your device’s home screen. Follow the instructions for your device, below. When saving, it asks for location and notification permissions. Accept all to get the best experience.

If you decide you want to remove the website shortcut, you can delete it just like you would any other app on your phone.

Apple iPhone or iPad:

Open Safari (other browsers, such as Chrome, won't work for this.)

Navigate to https://www.springharvest.org/my-spring-harvest/event-dashboard/

Tap the Share button on the bottom of the page on iPhone (or top of the page on an iPad).
It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top.

In the list of options that appear, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen, and tap it.

Choose a name for the website shortcut on your home screen. You'll see the link so you can confirm it, as well as the site's icon that will appear as the "app" icon on your home screen. Click Add when you're done. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone’s or iPad's home screen. Now you can tap the new "app" on your home screen, and it will open the web page in its own window.

Google and Android:

Open Chrome.

Navigate to https://www.springharvest.org/my-spring-harvest/event-dashboard/

Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner) and tap ‘Add to home screen’

Choose a name for the website shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.

Now just tap the new "app" or shortcut on your home screen, and it will open the website in its own window.

Spring Harvest celebration with streamers

Spring Harvest 2025: No Greater Story. We’d love you to join us as we rediscover our part in God's epic adventure.

You, exclusively, can book for the same resort while you’re here! The Holiday Booking Shop is open from 1 pm on Wednesday. Wider booking will open on 12 June 2024. (Butlins system doesn't allow for booking a different resort than the one where you are. If you want to book for a different resort, you'll have to wait for the 12th June.)

We live in a world full of challenges, ever before us with non-stop media coverage. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed amidst war, climate change and crises of finance and health. Even our own circumstances can feel too big for us to hold. The book of Isaiah in the Bible was written over 2700 years ago. Although the challenges were different, Isaiah also knew national and personal tragedy. Then he had a vision of God that was GREATER than he, or those around him, had yet grasped. His view of who God is, his readiness to embrace the story of God and his willingness to step into his part in that story, changed everything. His journey gives us a ‘time traveller’ view of the GREATER story of God: creation, fall, redemption and perfection. It’s the greatest story ever told.

In 2025, we are seeking a fresh vision of who God is, so we can embrace the GREATER story he is working out for our world, and be ready and willing to play our part in it. Come and meet the Maker.

SKEGNESS : Monday 7 April - Friday 11 April 2025

MINEHEAD : Monday 14 April - Good Friday 18 April 2025

Most schools will be on holiday for the Skegness event, but we are aware of a few that won't. All schools will be on holiday for the Minehead event, which is during Holy Week. Easter Sunday will be after Spring Harvest on 20 April.

Prices are listed below for your planning.

We are committed to making Spring Harvest affordable and widely accessible. We are also committed to delivering a brilliant event experience. Every year we work extremely hard to ensure we keep our expenditure as low as possible, but we are not immune to rising costs. Our entry prices have not increased since 2019, but to ensure that the Spring Harvest events remain sustainable into the future, there is an increase in prices for 2025. Twenty percent of our income this year is charitable giving. We are so grateful to all those who give to sustain the ministry of Spring Harvest and to help others come to the event through the Everyone In Fund.

Wristband

Your wristband will give you access to all of the Spring Harvest programme. Writing your mobile number on your loved-one’s wristband is a quick and effective way to help us reunite anyone who gets lost. It’s particularly important for children and those more likely to need help when separated from their group. They are quite robust but if you need to change yours take the old one to the Spring Harvest stand in the Skyline for a replacement.

Take care

There may be people who take advantage of the high level of trust at Spring Harvest. Do not leave items unsecured and unattended. Please exercise the same care of your children as you would at home. If you lose a child please speak to one of our stewards or someone at the Spring Harvest Stand. Taking a photo of your child each day on your phone is a good way to remember what they are wearing should they get lost. Guests under the age of 14 may not leave the resort unless accompanied by an adult. Spring Harvest do not take responsibility for young people who leave any of the youth venues during a session - this includes The Base.

Kindness

Spring Harvest happens thanks to hundreds of volunteers. Please appreciate their efforts as they give their time and energy to serve God in this way.

Accessibility

All venues are wheelchair accessible and have a hearing loop. There are designated areas where you will have a clear view. Our Disability Consultant and the Stewards will be happy to help you.

Speech-to-text and BSL is provided in Studio 36. BSL is available by request in other venues as the team are able.

We offer large print and braille songwords on request. Please call our office on 01825 705201, if these would be useful and you've not told us already.

If you will need assistance to leave a venue in an emergency please tell a steward when you arrive at each session.

If you are a blue badge holder and need a parking permit for the resort, this can be put into your arrival pack if you call the Butlin's Special Needs Team in advance 0330 100 9732.

Technical comfort

Some venues may use water-vapour mist, lighting effects and loud music. Sound levels are monitored at all times. If you are uncomfortable, please first try moving to a different part of the venue.

Prayer and Pastoral Support

Visit the Prayerhouse this week for creative inspiration to help you pray through the theme - Tuesday-Thursday 8am - 10pm in The Chapel. Created by 24/7 prayer team, all ages are welcome.

See the programme for additional workshops led by the 24-7 prayer team.

If you would like to talk or pray with someone, the pastoral team would love to help. Visit our team of experienced volunteers in the Pastoral Centre at Pacific Wharf C7 to make an appointment. The Pastoral Centre is open 10.00am to 4.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 9.30am-11.30am on Friday.

Volunteers are available to pray with you after evening Celebrations, look for someone wearing a badge with a praying hands sticker.

Everything you hear at Spring Harvest, whether from the stage, in conversation or in prayer, should be weighed with care. Essential Christian and Spring Harvest do not necessarily endorse everything that is said and cannot take responsibility for any emotional impact or for actions or decisions made as a result. A wide range of ideas and opinions will be expressed through our diverse guests and team, so we ask everyone to exercise individual consideration in response. We recommend seeking clarifying counsel in a setting where you are known, such as your local church, prior to taking things to heart or making decisions based on what you have heard.

Watching sessions remotely

All sessions in The Big Tent will be relayed to Inn on the Green in the mornings and evenings and to the Nursery and the marquee in the evenings.

We are keen to make sure everyone can join in with sessions in The Big Tent from their resort accommodation. With an internet-connected device you can access the event programme and see and hear the sessions in progress. The Butlin's Wi-Fi is free to all guests or you may find your own data connection more reliable if you have enough data and bandwidth for streaming.

In additional you may also be able to see this feed on the TV in your accommodation (not in the caravans). It is usually between channels 800-810 and re-tuning your TV may help. You could try starting at BBC1 and scrolling back through channels to DTV1, 2, 3 or 4. In addition to all this, there is a ‘digital seminar venue’ with a selection of teaching you can watch and share at any time. Head to youtube.com/springharvest and select the digital playlist.

Missed something? (2025 = Listen Again)

So much to do! Don’t forget the talks are all recorded. They will be available via the EC-Go subscription service which offers years of Spring Harvest content from both resorts, and more. It’s usually £65 annually, but the event offer is just £34.99 for the year. Alternatively, you can order a USB stick of all the talks from one resort for £40 or £60 for two at the Spring Harvest Stand. You can also check out the helpful resources in the bookshop and the Exhibition in the Skyline.

Photography Policy

Spring Harvest and agencies authorised by us will take photographs and make recordings during the event, which may lead to your image or voice being on albums, publicity material, website, television and radio broadcasts. This may include circulation outside the UK. Videos are made of meetings in larger venues which may include some brief shots of guests.

Please come to the Spring Harvest Team Office early in the week if you would prefer not to be included in any photographs and recordings. Please tell the Programme Leader if you DO NOT want your child to be included in photographs. Unauthorised photography or filming (including a mobile phone used for this purpose) of any children whilst they are taking part in programme activities, is not permitted.

Each year we take an offering at Spring Harvest. It creates the ‘Everyone In’ Fund and supports the work of Spring Harvest through its parent charity, Essential Christian. Our key aim is to make spaces for all ages to encounter Jesus and be equipped for life with him. To do this, we focus on creating events and resources that are accessible to all and reach as far as possible. In particular, this means prioritising the next generation, increasing accessibility and pioneering in the digital space.

We are so grateful for your gifts. In 2023, almost 600 people committed their lives to Jesus at Spring Harvest. The majority were children and young people. In 2024, the ‘Everyone In’ Fund has supported over 600 people to be at the event who couldn’t otherwise have come. In addition, your giving has enabled us to take the livestream into prisons for the second time.

We will be taking an Offering on Thursday evening. Donations are managed by our friends at Stewardship, which helps us to maximise that income. You can give at any time with the button below.

Click here to give now at Stewardship

Thank you for all you have given.

All one-off gifts from April to June are considered part of our event Offering. Ten percent of what is raised is given away as seed funding for transformational community projects. Grants of up to £2500 are awarded to kickstart projects dreamed up and delivered by Spring Harvest guests in communities around the country.

One hundred percent of what is given and raised by our children and young people in their programmes goes into the Everyone In Fund, making Spring Harvest accessible to those on lower incomes.

If you’ve been given an idea by God, you could apply for the seed fund. More details are available here: www.springharvest.org/seedfund
