Pets are not permitted on the main Butlin’s resorts or in the Caravan Villages if staying in Butlins' caravan accommodation, so cannot be brought to Spring Harvest.

Assistance dogs are permitted, if you need to bring an assistance dog, please speak to Butlin's so you understand their criteria before booking.

We hope you can join us once you book, but we understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that mean you have to change your plans.

Spring Harvest cannot cover the cost of a cancelled booking.

Butlin's offer Holiday Protection to cover your booking in case of illness, death, redundancy or Jury Service. Please see their website for full details. It is important to remember this covers the cost of the unit, not each individual guest, so groups sharing accommodation may want to look at other insurance options.

Dining Packages are not available to day visitors. Butlin's resorts offer a range of other dining experiences, including restaurants and take-away options, which are available for all Spring Harvest guests, including day visitors. See the Butlin's website for details.

You can buy day visitor tickets from us from January.

Day tickets give access to the Spring Harvest programme and Butlin's facilities. They do not include accommodation and it is not possible for day visitors to book guest meal packages.

Tickets are for the full event or individual days or evenings. Information about day tickets are towards the bottom of our Prices page.

For a resort booking, you only need to pay an initial deposit of £35 per adult and £20 per child aged two to 14 unless booking within 70 days of the start, as that’s when you’ll need to pay in full. For 2026 event that is 19 January for Skegness bookings and 26 January for Minehead bookings.

Butlin’s are happy for you to spread the cost throughout the year. Log into your Butlin's account to pay in installments or visit www.butlins.com/pay to pay towards your booking any time before final payment is due.

We are not able to offer staged payments for day visitor tickets, you must pay in full when you book them.

Butlin's charge for accommodation units as if they are fully occupied - per bed space. We give a £20 discount for Children age 2-14. Under 2's go free when in a cot rather than a bed.

There may be additional supplements for example for ground floor accommodation or patio if that is an available option.

A small amount of single bedroom accommodation in Silver is available for one person to occupy, supplement £30. It is always popular. If you are coming alone and don't have friends or family members you can share a unit with and are unsuccessful in booking one of the single units, you might like to consider booking alternative local accommodation and buying a day visitor pass to join us.
