Arrival Date 

• Please aim to arrive at Butlin's between 9am and 12 noon on Monday.
• If you are on the Stewards Team you will receive separate instructions about when to arrive and what to do on arrival
• Accommodation will not be available on Sunday unless you have been invited to be part of our set-up team.
• Please be aware on arrival that Butlin’s guests will be enjoying the last few hours of their Easter break, and the resort will be very busy.

• Regular buses and taxi services run to and from the station in Skegness.
• Regular bus services run from the main road in Minehead to Taunton station

Skegness Arrivals

• Enter the resort via the Main Entrance gate.
• You will be directed to the nearest car park.
• Leave your luggage in your vehicle until your accommodation is ready.
• In a change to recent years, proceed to Studio 36 to collect your welcome pack.
• If you are arriving by public transport, take your luggage to your venue.
• If you are arriving after midday or later during the week, collect your welcome pack from the Main Entrance Gate.
• Trolleys will be available to transport luggage to your accommodation.
• Only Blue Badge Permit holders are permitted to take cars onto the resort.
• Accommodation will be available from 4pm.

Minehead Arrivals

• Enter the resort via the Main Entrance and park in front of the Walk-up Check-in.
• Collect your welcome pack from the Walk-up Check-in.
• You will be directed to the Main Resort Car Park.
• If you are arriving after midday on Monday or later during the week, you should collect your welcome pack from The Team Office in the Yacht Club
• Trolleys will be available to transport luggage to your accommodation.
• Accommodation will be available from 4pm
• Only Blue Badge Permit holders are permitted to take cars onto the resort.

 Wrist Band

• You will receive a wristband for each member of your party.
• If you have children in your party, please write your mobile phone number on their wrist band in case they should become separated from you.
• Wrist bands should be worn at all times as they give access to venues, including dining areas and swimming pool.   Wrist bands are waterproof.

 Team Badge

• Please wear your Team badge whenever you are on duty.
• Your Team badge will provide you with a discount in many of the food outlets on the resort, as well as the Spring Harvest Bookshop and My Spring Harvest stand.
