We hope you can join us once you book, but we understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that mean you have to change your plans. Spring Harvest cannot cover the cost of a cancelled booking. Butlin's offer Holiday Protection to cover your booking in case of illness, death, redundancy or Jury Service. Please see their website for full details. It is important to remember this covers the cost of the unit, not each individual guest, so groups sharing accommodation may want to look at other insurance options.

Dining Packages are not available to day visitors. Butlin's resorts offer a range of other dining experiences, including restaurants and take-away options, which are available for all Spring Harvest guests, including day visitors. See the Butlin's website for details.
You only need to pay an initial deposit of £35 per adult and £20 per child aged two to 14 unless booking within 70 days of the start, as that’s when you’ll need to pay in full. Butlin’s are happy for you to spread the cost throughout the year. If you booked online log into your Butlin's account to pay in installments or visit www.butlins.com/pay to pay towards your booking any time before final payment is due.
Butlin's charge for accommodation units as if all beds are occupied. Any beds not used in your accommodation will be charged at the adult price minus £20 (called 'the under occupancy rate'). Children age 2-14 are charged at the adult price minus £20. Under 2's go free when in a cot rather than a bed.
