Katy will be leading the 0-4 programme in Skegness. She has been involved in children's ministry for 20 years. She has previously served at Ivy Church, Didsbury and most recently The Message Community Church in Wythenshawe, Manchester. She is currently serving as the families, children and youth advisor for the Diocese of Chester, Katy is passionate about creating spaces for little ones to have opportunities to encounter Jesus and is excited to lead the 0-4s team this year. Let’s pray and expect that these mini kids will encounter our Mighty God!

Andrew and Christine will be leading the 0-4 programme in Minehead. They live in East Sussex and have two adult daughters. Andrew is currently a Headteacher of a small rural Sussex Primary School. He has been involved in Puppet Ministry, outreach to Dads and helping young people study the Bible, although these days he’s more likely to be playing in the music group. Christine has spent her working life teaching in primary education and in ministry to children and families. Currently they are both involved in supporting a local church with their outreach via Messy Church. 

Sam will be leading the 8-11 programme in Minehead. He is the full time NextGen pastor for Lifecentral Church based just outside Birmingham, where he oversees the kids, youth and young adults ministries.  Sam’s main focus is children’s work and he has been working in ministry for over 10 years with experience in a variety of settings.  He is passionate about pioneering relevant, fun and engaging kids ministries.

Rob & Nat will be leading the 8-11 programme in Skegness. They are presenters, creatives, children’s workers and co-founders of 4Front Theatre - a touring Christian theatre company.

As creators of the YouTube channel ‘Virtual Sunday School’, they are excited to be returning to Spring Harvest to run the 8-11s programme. They had an awesome year in 2023, and are looking forward to even bigger and better things this year.

Nick will be leading the 5-7 programme in Minehead. He is a leader with Powerpack Ministries. He has worked with Powerpack for 30 years and expects God to move powerfully among the children at Spring Harvest. Nick lives and worships in Oxford. He is married to Kath and has three children.

Sarah will be leading the 5-7 programme in Skegness. She began her working life as a primary school teacher in Kent, but soon after felt called into children’s work. Since then she has worked as a schools worker for different Christian trusts including 5 years as Children Worldwide’s development worker. Sarah now lives in the Midlands and works full time for Knowle Parish Church as their children’s minister.
